Analog Circuit Engineer

1.         BSEE or above in microelectronics or electronic

2.         Good fundamental in analog circuits. familiar with the device performance and analog circuit modules;

3.         Familiar with CMOS, Bipolar, Bicmos Process.

4.         Knowledge of EDA tools (Cadence, Hspice and etc.)

5.         Strong communication skills, teamwork.

6.         Strong analysis & estimation skills

Digital Circuits Engineer

1.         Skills in Verilog language, experiences in ASIC or SOC design;

2.         Strong Skilled in Design Tools ( DC, PT, NCVerilog, VerilogXL and etc.)

3.         Minimum of 1 year experience

2.         Minimum of 1 year full-custom layout design experience

3.         Familiar with the process and full-custom layout design flow;

4.         Familiar with layout verification script files, Experience in IO Pads and the full-custom layout design of analog IC.

5.     Strong work ability ,Teamwork.
